FSM4MPL/FSM2MPL

Equipped with high-performance CMOS image sensor designed for machine vision
Outputs progressive images in high-speed operation (FSM4MPL: 170 frames/sec, FSM2MPL: 330 frames/sec), with high resolution (FSM4MPL: 400 million pixels, FSM2MPL: 200 million pixels) .
The video signal is compliant with the Camera Link standard, and output in 8-bit or 10-bit digital signal (RGB Bayer array / RAW data).
Asynchronous electronic shutter function provides still progressive images at any timing (Asynchronous shutter mode).
The internal set values of the camera are externally controlled with serial communication via Camera Link.

Features

  • Either normal Camera Link board or PoCL board (with power over-lapping) can be connected.
  • The global shutter sensor provides the image without distortion even in shooting of fast-moving objects.
  • The advanced CMOS sensor provides a high-quality image with less fixed pattern noise.
  • The Full Configuration (with two Camera Link cables) for a high-speed reading applications, or the Base Configuration (with single Camera Link cable) in a low-speed reading application, can be selected depending on the application.
  • Achieves more-high speed operation limiting the number of read-out line
  • Transmition up to 10m with the normal camera link cable is achieved by low-speed clock mode.
